At Honey Garden Studio our mission is to empower you to love yourself, believe in yourself and dream your big, scary, exciting dreams!

Because sometimes we forget to dream. Maybe we start doubting ourselves or feel stuck or get caught up in the busyness of life.

Mel Robbins is a motivational speaker best known for her TEDx talk, "How to Stop Screwing Yourself Over"; and her book, The 5 Second Rule. She believes the reason we feel stuck is because we are lacking change. She says we validate our dreams by writing them down as it starts to shift what we believe is possible.

Mel says “Give yourself permission to dream without holding yourself back. Do it unapologetically. The old you said ‘no’ so many times to your dreams. Train your mind to say YES.”
